Guidelines
By clicking on the link below, you will be able to submit a symposium proposal. For more information on the session format, please click here.
NB : At this stage, we only want your symposium synopsis, the name and contact details of your speakers. If your symposium proposal is accepted by the Scientific Committee, we will contact directly the speakers to ask them to send an abstract.
During the submission of your proposal, you can save the information and log out as many times as you want until the deadline. Once you have submitted your proposal by clicking on the submit button on the preview page (top-right hand or bottom-left hand corners), you will need to contact us for any further modification.
If you are a first time user, you will have to create a user account in the “New User Section”. You will be able to choose your own username and password to remember them more easily.
If you are a returning user, you will use the username and password in the “Returning user” section. You will be able to either start a new submission, or review and edit an already in progress submission.
